Cody is the owner of the fine establishment that has been kicking my tail this week & he was our substitute instructor this morning. He was a super nice fella, but I seriously hope I never see him again. Probably my nearest to death experience ever. I'm exaggerating slightly. He's relentless, but he's super positive and is good at keeping you motivated.

The crazy thing about working out so hard this morning is I couldn't get enough and went walking around the neighborhood after work.
