Boot Camp — Week 3

15 days of Boot Camp so far, and I have made it to 13 of them.

If it wasn't for the way this injection of exercise into my daily life has made me feel I would be a lot less interested in keeping up with this routine. I'm probably the most tired I've been in a long time, but I am starting to feel better every day from starting my day off with a workout. I haven't noticed any change in my body, with the exception being the distance I can jog/walk has improved vastly. Also, I can bend over and tie my shoes (the one pair I have that tie) without getting winded. As far as weight loss, I haven't checked, and don't intend to until they make us weigh in at the end.
