Playing guitar at Wendover Hills this weekend was awesomely fun as it normally is, but things seem to be even greater than usual around the church. We've come out of half a year without a senior pastor and now the new pastor is here and is jumping in with both feet and things seem like they are ready to explode—in a good way. There is an atmosphere of expectation surrounding us and it feels incredible. The media guys made a slideshow of all the things we've done since we've been pastorless that have united us and kept us growing and played it during Where You Go I Go. It's great to see the things that have been done & are being done by folks who may not have signed up for such large tasks had we not gone through a season of trials where it was basically step-up, or let's just close-up.
